Million Dollar Questions

Post by Wolfman »

Ever watch "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" ? I watched it at first for a while till I got tired of watching "Who Wants to Win $32,000". Here are 12 questions that won people the top prize. I got 9 of 12 correct (75%). We'll use the results for a senile old man as the target score. Good luck mensas !

10 out of 12. Missed the Computer Bug question and the Uncle Sam question.

A Paddington bear? Crap that was easy in hindsight.

*Totally guessed on two of them and got them both right.
Dentist and Moth just sounded right.

Hell, the only one I KNEW was the 3 muskateers one. The other 3 I got right were guesses. I admit I don't watch the news. T1B is pretty much where I catch anything that happens in the world. If it isn't on Sportcenter or Fox Sports, I am the last to hear about it. And like I said, I really don't care about current events or historical ones. I don't read the paper I get every day. Yes, I know the cliche about repeating history.

6-12

but I remember one million dollar question they asked that the guy took a pass on
it was "Which band won the first Grammy awarded in the category of "Best Heavy Metal"

the potential answers were something like: Metallica, Def Leppard, Iron Maiden and Jethro Tull

of course, the answer was Jethro Tull :o
the only reason I knew it was because I watched the broadcast and was floored when they announced JT as the winners....

The uber rich don't need to keep up with what is going on in the world. But how else do you find out the liberals are raping America's silver-spooned wealthy? Drudge? Rush? Savage? Beck?
How do I find out? Hell, I know. They are liberals. Their agenda is to steal from the rich and give to the poor. Great strategy since the best of the best are a far minority. Yet we fight. Wouldn't you? Of course not. You're poor. You just sit back and wait for someone to give you a handout. Know what a "deed" is? Honestly, I hope you see one in your name someday.
