They seem to do that a few times a year...first week of the season, the first week after the All-Star break and the final week of the season.

Vin is the best and one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Where my kids go to school they have to do a wax museum person where they do something about their life. So my 9 year old tells us that he wants to be Vin for his person.

...and now we're tied.
RACK Buehrle on the perfect game...I didn't realize he did it until scanning ESPN after the two games ended.

I lived in Socal until the age of 5 and remember listening to Vin on my Dads transistor radio in the back yard. That was in the Kofax,Drysdale era....great memories
I watch every Dodgers game I can on my MLB network.

Vin Scully is one of the very few broadcasters who doesn't talk too fucking much.
Most of them yap away incessantly, like they're getting paid by the word.
Not that the inside story of why Clint Barmes is borrowing Todd Helton's bat isn't totally riveting

Been a Dodger hayta all my long life. First, growing up in the Bay Area following Mays, McCovey, etc. then in San Diego for the past 3 or 35 years.
That being said, Vin Scully has always been class and best PBP ever. He and Ross Porter made a great team.
When Chicky Baby was doing Laker games LA had the best in both sports.
