Cool. With that second Washington loss in the Pac 10 USC now controls their destiny towards another Pac 10 championship. Win out, and it's theirs. They could end up in another bogus co-championship deal with Oregon but they'll have beaten them head to head, so that's all that'll matter. They'll get the Rose Bowl, bare minimum.

As a Duck fan who used to live in Seattle this was one of the funniest games I've ever seen. I've seen a lot of horrible coaching, but I'm really not sure if I've ever seen such terrible coaching as that final minute. ASU's kicker couldn't hit shit. Sullivan couldn't hit anybody. Everybody knew that if it goes to OT, the huskies have a HUGE advantage. Running the clock out was probably the right call. the 2 minute offense for the regulation win is an ok choice too. Instead they half ass both of those and do neither. Run out the clock at first, get to 3rd and 1 and then throw it? I'm still laughing my ass off. ASU should have never gotten the ball back. Washington could have ran for the first and then taken shots downfield if they wanted. Instead they CHOSE to give ASU the ball back.

Then, how there are two guys running unguarded into the endzone on a hail mary play is just fucking hilarious! What, where they worried about the run on that play? We've all seen last minute TDs. I've never seen a hail mary with nobody even covering deep. Sullivan had his pick of 2 wide open dudes, 40 yards behind the secondary. Epic!

I think USC drops another game somewhere. Maybe Halloween, maybe somewhere else. But I think you'll need beat us AND for us to lose another along the way to get to the Rose Bowl.

USC might actually be more likely to make a BCS game, as an at-large, losing out on the Pac-10 title with a loss at Oregon, and winning the rest.
