Obviously you have never sampled codeine cough syrup. Because if you had, you wouldn't be asking such a stupid question. I had some of that shit back in the 80s and lemme tell you that it made me forget all about the 102 degree fever and hacking cough that I had. Why? Because after about 20 minutes all I could do was lay in one spot for the next 5-6 hours while purple and orange colors flew out of and circled around every poster in my bedroom. Lemme see a bottle of Scotch do THAT.
