Frankly, I hope the judge is a lib.

I don't think the bigwigs that think they rule this country realize how close the Citizens are to Taking Up Arms to stop their ridiculous behavior.

There is no mention of "racial profiling" et al in this document. I'm with you Dins. Can I head up the "Doddering Old Fool Brigade" with my land mines ?

A great leader never refuses an extra gun, brother.

Not that I'm a great leader (although I'll bet if this "war" starts, I'd have a regiment... I'm kinda epic like that)... but I'm down.

There goes Dinsdale, channeling Grace Slick again.

Look what's happening out in the streets
Got a revolution Got to revolution
Hey I'm dancing down the streets
Got a revolution Got to revolution
Ain't it amazing all the people I meet
Got a revolution Got to revolution
One generation got old
One generation got sold
This generation got no destination to hold
Pick up the cry
Hey now it's time for you and me
Got a revolution Got to revolution
Come on now we're marching to the sea
Got a revolution Got to revolution
Who will take it from you
We will and who are we
We are volunteers of America

I haven't fully digested it, but it seems fairly weak IMHO.
It's a loser. Preemption only flies if Arizona law was different or contradictory to Federal law. The Arizona law carefully mirrors Federal law so there can be no interference.

This is to be expected from a halfwitted mediocrity like Holder. It's amateur hour in the executive branch.

Yes, things such as immigration enforcement IAW Section 287g of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

I honestly don't know which this falls under. My gut tells me the feds win this one, we'll see.
Here is some case law which would tend to support Arizona's action.

Muehler v Mena

Actually, it looks like Arizona doesn't even need that law to do what they propose to do.

Rack this shit big time...Dins is not talking out his ass here...there are a lot of people from 75 to 25 ready to take this country back...there are a lot of younger former military personnel who have armed themselves very well, and who have come to me and sought advice on how to grow and preserve vegetables, how to butcher elk and deer, and have offered and came out to work in my huge garden for a share ...and practice marksmanship at my range as well...

What the fuck do we have to lose ? We have everything to gain....

Pssttt.... Dins... we are going to have a gathering here soon dude ...be ready to bring guns for practice and to brainstorm on getting this country back from the liberal cocksuckers who seem so willing to sell our souls and give the shit away to the illegals, the Wall Street crooks, the welfare losers and all the government tit sucking leech's.

Certain states/cities currently are practicing the "sanctuary city" policy because they feel it better serves their law enforcement abilities (among other more nefarious reasons)....

The "sanctuary city" policy directly flies against federal law.

Kind of tough for the states to figure out which laws the feds are in the mood to enforce or challenge....
