They're supposed to stay in bounds, but they always get pushed out of bounds. If pushed out of bounds and they do not make an attempt to get in bounds ASAP, they get a penalty. This guy was running OoB for awhile. Guess the shit-coach was probabl pissed the ref wasn't pulling out the laundry and took matters into his own hands....err...legs.
