So, that's still a "no" on backing up your assertions?
Probably take you about 60 seconds to C&P that statistical study that links steroid use to all these ills -- what are you so afraid of?
A little advice for you -- when you paint a floor, don't save the corners for last... like you did here.
Link up, or shut up.

There’s plenty of evidence out there, just look. Or just continue being an obtuse tard. You wear it well. Most data on the long-term effects of anabolic steroids in humans come from case reports rather than formal epidemiological studies. From the case reports, the incidence of lifethreatening effects appears to be low, but serious adverse effects may be underrecognized or underreported, especially since they may occur many years later. Data from animal studies seem to support this possibility. One study found that exposing male mice for one-fifth of their lifespan to steroid doses comparable to those taken by human athletes caused a high frequency of early deaths.
Or maybe you should just go ahead and post a picture of yourself in women’s panties. There’s no large scale statistical report that indicates that would turn out bad for you, right?

Wait... see if I've got this right...
you made some claims. I called bullshit.
I then asked you to back up your claims with some sort of statistical evidence (which I knew ahead of time didn't exist... see what I did there?).
After dancing around the requested information for several posts, all the while asking me to do your research for you (which I didn't... since I already knew that such evidence didn't exist... see what I did there?), you then posted...
A quote from an article that verifies exactly what I claimed in the first place, an article that also called "bullshit" on the bullshit you posted... but as least that quote was rife with "may," "posibility," and of course my favorite:
"From the case reports, the incidence of lifethreatening effects appears to be low"...
Which is what I fucking asserted in the first place, then watched you get your knickers in a twist claiming otherwise... but when asked to provide some sort of link, any sort of evidence whatsoever...
the one you came up with says, to paraphrase "Dinsdale is right, Goobs is full of shit."
Of course, at least the writer of the article has the nad to admit that no reliable statistical evidence exists -- yet it's the one you chose to try and back up your (false) claims... "ponderous" doesn't even do your act justice, nor would any amount of :facepalm:s.
Nice work.
But at least we can now both agree -- any "link" between steroid use and some slew of associated health problems, at this time, is pure speculation and conjecture, as evidenced by your "evidence."

Does low = nonexistant? There is obviously evidence. If you don't like the way it's packaged, I can't help you.Dinsdale wrote:"From the case reports, the incidence of lifethreatening effects appears to be low"...

By "the way it's packaged," I assume you mean with nothing but conjecture and speculation, rather than any sort of statistical evidence, or anything beyond pure speculation?
You're right -- I don't like it.
And if you'll remember, all I did was ask for statistics showing this link. You were, and still are unable to come up with it (and again, I knew full-well beforehand that no such evidence existed, so I just gave you enough rope to hang yourself).
But when someone comes up with any sort of stats or numbers, I'm all ears.

this is got to rate in the alltime top 5 really fukking bad ways to kill yourself. you don't exactly keel over dead on the spot. you slowly die as your kidneys become petrified trying to filter the antifreeze out of your system.
musta been some serious self loathing going on there or maybe just ignorance concerning how bad a time it would lead to.

Evidence does not always equal statistics. And you don't have to like it.Dinsdale wrote:Goober McTuber wrote:If you don't like the way it's packaged, I can't help you.

It's pretty difficult to collect data when the people using steroids spend a lifetime denying their use of the banned substance.

Yeah, I'm sure you clinked on the links and read what was there, Ostrichdale.Dinsdale wrote:Goober McTuber wrote: Evidence does not always equal statistics.
