JDSU and APKT are a couple that Ive noticed recently as haveing a lot of insider selling. Semiconductor sector also had a downgrade on Monday from some analyst.
Insider sells, Libya, gas and food going up, slow job creation, mounting debt. Might be a flat year for 401ks.
