Been watching it since you originally posted about it. While it's not a particularly favorite genre of mine, this has definetly grabbed my interest. And Brighthouse can KMA, supposed to have the HBO.GO service up...soon.
.
Have to wait till next Sunday for the *next* episode.

The wife is stoked it's staying extremely close to the books.
except for the 2 fags...she says in the books they supposedly were ladies men..and not flaming homos.

I disagree with your wife's assessment concerning "the two fags" (Renly Baratheon and Ser Loras Tyrell).
* Spoiler Alert*
Neither one of these characters are a POV character in any of the books as yet released in the series. Renly is never described as a lady's man per say but he is described as strong and handsome. Ser Loras Tyrell is definitely the boon of the young women of the seven kingdoms, even called the knight of Flowers, and uses it to his advantage for popularity reasons is undoubted but he also is never described as having any relationship with any female. When Renly flees King's Landing with his retainers it is Loras he flees with and is heading for Highgarden which is Loras' home and not his own holdings at Storm's End where he is Lord and has the fealty of numerous banners. Renly does wed Loras' sister Margeary but in almost a year of marriage and traveling together the marriage is never consummated and he spends every moment possible with Loras'; those aren't the actions of a strapping young heterosexual with a beautiful young wife who is the daughter to one of the most powerful families of the realm. There are also other barbs and conversations that definitely elude to Renly and Loras' sexual orientation throughout the series. Needless to say from what i have always read into the two characters their preference is never outright declared but is certainly implied and especially so in A Storm of Swords.
