Some background: Coventry City FC was bought up by a hedge fund named SISU, who are systematically liquidating all it's assets, selling off the players, the light fixtures in the stadium etc. to keep the shareholders happy.
One of the oldest clubs in the league is now falling apart and verging on bankruptcy and fans are understandably upset about this. They've organised protests and in response, SISU has created 'quick response teams' and employed paid duty police to stamp out dissent.
Fans have come up with a novel way to 'attack' police without getting charged with assault:

Well when it is shut down and the hedge fund is left with nothing to sell it will set an example for future funds.
