Well, the presents are unwrapped and I've cooked brunch for the family, so we're heading out this afternoon to see War Horse. This looks to be a great movie, so I'll pass along my review later tonight.

Yeah. Save your money. I'm not sure what I was expecting but it didn't live up to the hype. About a 2 on a scale of 1-5, imo.

And to think that I opted for the theater instead of staying home and watching a 24 hour John Wayne marathon on AMC. Damn.

I saw that 30 for 30. I still don't think being poor and black justifies acting like a damned idiot. They called it swagger. The rest of America called it punk. Sad to say that kind of idiotic behavior has become par for the course in the pros. You can't watch a single NFL game anymore without players acting like idiots after picking up a 1st down, much less a TD anymore. I applaud the NCAA for dropping the hammer on kids who taunt by ripping their TD away as part of the penalty. If only the NFL would do the same thing.
