Palestra question for you Philly degenerates

So what is the deal with the Palestra now? I see Temple hosted MD there today and St. Joe's plays La Salle there in a few weeks. I thought the Big 5 used to share the place for their games exclusively, but I've noticed how it has become a real free for all with the local schools there, they're all playing there more often.

I took a self-guided tour of the Palestra when I was in Philly in 08 to see Wolf Parade, but I've never seen a game there. Would love to see GW play Temple or St. Joe's there.
