saw this a few years back and rewatched the other week. i liked. fake documentary about canadian punk (of sorts) band. always billed as a punk spinal tap, it's more serious than the tap. not a comedy by any means. a little melodramatic but interesting cinematic stuff as well. western canadian landscapes, narrative voiceovers. anyone? the scene with Canadian band names is classic.
