The musical world has passed you by... it's rather sad.

I'll have to check that out when I have time. The joke down here in the fort Myers area is that "The South" ends up around Gainesville.
Rick Medlocke (Blackfoot, Skynyrd) lives down the road from me. Friendly guy.

South florida is pretty much a warmer new jersey.

Finally watched it. I was not impressed. Did not care at all for the PC crap at the beginning and the end. Like the end of the Carter administration had anything to do with the decline in popularity of Southern Rock? Let alone that the MLK murder had anything to do with its origins. Spare me.

Or should you be... since the only "white guy" from the south with any musical talent was Jerry Lee Lewis.

I finally found some time to watch the video.....thanks for posting it, Spray. Awesome video that took me back to my college days of drinkin' beer and smokin' dope while listening to the Allman Brothers, Skynard, and Marshall Tucker. I'm pretty much an exclusive country music listener now but still like listening to a Skynard or Marshall Tucker cd when I'm drivin' down the road.
