According to the Berkman Center for Internet and Society:Carson wrote:What the fuck is a "global" university?

"What gives meaning and definition to a global university? (It's) about the current brick and mortar efforts in comparison with what data networking offers in creating global learning, and the potential impact technology could have on rethinking undergraduate curriculum."
In other words, an academy by internet. Just point and click your way to a "higher" education.
