I had a fancy date Saturday night and we went to Selanne Steak Tavern. It was the best meal I've ever had. Holy wow. I can't wait to go back. I highly recommend it if you're ever here in Laguna.

Appetizer - Chef’s “Signature” Pacific Diver Scallops - cauliflower/ pickled shimeji mushroom

Side - Shared: Asparagus - lemon vincotto / he had a bigass baked potato

Main - Chef’s “Signature” Lord Stanley Cut Wagyu - 32oz Darling Downs AUS *recommended for two guests

Dessert - Pie In A Jar - granny smith apples/ cajeta swirled mascarpone ice cream/ brown sugar streusel
