Wish Nebraska's billionaire (who could buy out Phil Knight) would step up and put about 10 billion in the program. Okie State has the oil dude throwing money at it and considering the ducks used to be about as irrelevant as North Dakota State, the money obviously works. I'm thinking Oregon isn't the only school with out of state players. Who gives a shit if they grew up rooting for the Ducks. I'm sure there are kids on the $UC team that didn't grow up rooting for the Toejams. So they get gear...what program doesn't give out gear? You're such a bitter individual it's actually getting sad. Perhaps if a state can not produce any high school football talent then that states school does not deserve to have a college football team made up solely of imports.
