That call didn't help though...it derailed a possible scoring drive. The shanked punt pretty much guaranteed points for the Cowboys.

Oh well, didn't have the Lions winning this game anyway, but didn't expect them to lose in the manner that they did. Tough to beat two separate teams on the road, Dallas and the zebras. At least we all know the Cowgirl luck ends here.

Sure, Dallas came back and won this game, with more than a little help from the refs, but next week, on the road in the cold of Green Bay...

Vacation time for Cowboy fan starts next week.

I'm sure the Seahawks are quaking in their sneakers after watching that game. :meds:

Wait until the Cowgirls face the much stronger defense of Seattle....Dulles will have to have a lot more help from the zebras than that to hold off Seattle (although I wouldn't put it past the zebras to have a flagfest waiting for the Seahawks).

I can't wait to see the Seahawks put down the bovine fuckers.

Did the Lions fold? They stopped scoring in the second half. I wanted more from the defense when it was on them.

I loved the other missed called...why the fuck was Dez Bryant able to get in the face of the refs on the field prior to reversing that call? But no Cowboys...you won fair and square.

I hope gimpy A-Rod nukes the Cowboys next week. I can't stomach them playing another game.

Yeah, a team is unfortunately not going to win many road playoff games if they only score 3 pts in the 2nd half.

The Lions finished 2nd to Seattle in total defense but the biggest difference between them and the Seahawks is their better tackling and they've got legit shutdown corners. They've gotten away with having mediocre corners but that's the best front seven and safeties I've seen for the Lions. They'll lose Suh in the middle but they'll need a hired gun to play corner.

Stafford didn't lose them the game but he didn't make a money throw to lock up the game. The running game has been hit and miss all season. The offensive line has been a work in progress and they've had to deal with a few injuries and a meltdown from their veteran center. Tate was a brilliant addition.

If you were to tell me they'd win 11 and go the playoffs...I'd be thrilled. I think for what they've done, they could've done more. They're closer to competing than they ever have. They've set the bar higher for themselves...they can't regress now.

Jim Caldwell fucking sucks. Why play Reggie no burst Bush for so much of the game? Joique Bell is his best RB, but after a full season he still doesn't know it. His crap offense goes without a RB on 3rd and three, telegraphing to the defense the play is pass. Tougher to convert than keeping a RB in and the defense guessing for certain. He forgets that Peyton is no longer his QB. Ends up settling for a FG in the 3rd qtr. I knew they'd have a tough time scoring again once Dallas closed the score to 14-20. Sure there was a botched call, but it should never have gotten close enough to matter. It's called coaching not to lose.

It's easy to blast his choice of punting when his usually reliable punter shanks a 10 yarder. If he puts one inside the 10 and gave the Cowboys more ground to cover against his usually reliable defense...I'd still like their chances. Punting on 4th and short in plus territory screams conservatism but it's typical Monday morning QBing when the defense couldn't stop them from scoring the game-winning TD.

Devil's advocate...if he goes on 4th and fails and gives the Cowboys the ball in basically the same spot where the punt ended up, he would've been ripped for doing the percentage play.

And we've got Carolina this Saturday. But at least we should win our game pretty easily (currently Lost Wages has us up by 11 points). My comment above is in response to YAFJ's comments in the thread he posted where he said that the Cowgirls were going to have the #1 seed throughout the playoffs (like a Fuckin Imbecile).

And Dallas is unbeaten on the road this year, Rodgers is banged-up, and the Packers have no d-line to fuck with the Boys. From here on out for title #6, it's a cupcake walk. Packers are the ultimate paper tiger. The two blowout games this weekend will be that game (Dallas will run Green Bay out of the building in the first half), and the Colts/Broncos game (Indy is toast). Laughing my ASS off watching Goober pin his hopes on the Packers to take out the mighty Cowboys. Romo is going to have another 300+ yard 3 TD day against that shit Green Bay defense. Are there any Packer fans here? I want to make a list of who will be hiding after next weekend?

Yeah I guess I'm the dumbass for assuming Dallas would get the #1 seed since they buttfukked Seatle head to head and had the same record. Anyway, it's to Dallas' advantage anyway to get to come into their house since they are 8-0 on the road plus it will be ten times sweeter to watch those pussy fraud fans file the fuck out of that building in the second half. I am so sick and tired of announcers jacking their dicks to the noise meter there and sideline reporters talking about how loud it is, and having to watch some no-name bitch like Rick Mirer raise the flag amongst the cheers of the Starbucks-sipping fags there. They act like they have some long, rich history of winning and dominating  You're an expansion team that no conference wants. You got kicked out of the NFC, then kicked out of the AFC, and probably will get punted back to the AFC again soon. I cannot wait to see camera shots of Seattle fans wearing #12 jerseys and crying while Dez is making one-handed td grabs over Sherman in that game. Enjoy your one-year dynasty. You suck.

The issue was the Lions defense was on the field for most of the 2nd half. When that happens the offense needs to step up to turn momentum that was in the Cowboys favor. Instead they lost close, which is often typical of coaching not to lose.

I won't be hiding. Green Bay's done pretty well at home this year. Sunday's high is predicted to be 19°. Tell your Cowgirls to bring their wool skirts.

Caldwell has done some nice things in his first year, but that was an uninspiring coaching job. The dude displayed ZERO balls. It's a playoff road game, you have to take some chances. You have to go for it on 4th and 1 there. You don't have a play to get 1 yard? Had so many chances to seize control of that game vs an overrated shitbag team but couldn't get it done.

If Rodgers was 100%, I'd bet the legal limit on the Packers. Even with the bum wheel, Rodgers still could shuffle around and make plays on a wet track against an aggressive pass rushing team like the Lions. I don't see the Cowboys putting the same amount of pressure on Rodgers and to expect him to make Stafford-like mistakes...he's basically been flawless at home all season long.

The Cowboys will have to play a perfect game and Rodgers is a killer compared to Stafford and the Lions. Those guys have won this time of year. The Cowboys had that win in Seattle on their resume but that's not same Seattle team we see now. Rodgers having a week to rest the calf injury...he should be good to go and Romo has more to prove in a spot like this than Rodgers.

Once again, do you even follow football? Since their lucky SB run, the Packers have limped and tripped on their own balls multiple times. They were 15-1 and lost at home to a 9-7 Giants team, then fucked up a home game last year against the 49ers. There's no "Lambeau mystique." Teams come in there in January and run them out of their own building. Romo is clutch in the playoffs and Rodgers isn't. He makes funny commercials and that's about it. They will pressure the hell out of him and win by double digits. Cowboys play a swarming, fuck-you-in-the-ass defense and the Packers play back and give up huge plays. Soft as hell. ANd Murray will soften them up even more in a game that will be mostly running. You think Lacy will save them?  He's shit in big games. Just bottled up bullshit. Easy to contain and those pussy receivers for GB will get knocked around early and play with gator arms the rest of the game. Witten/Beasley/Williams/Dez all physical type receivers built to fuck up teams in the cold. And Mike McCarthy sucks ass. I can't wait to see that facial expression similar to Jim Caldwell's on Sunday....just staring blankly ahead as he fucks up another home playoff game. Romo is taking this team to Seattle to whore the Seahawks.
