He has nothing of the sort. The refined and dignified sport of tennis will never have anytrhing to do with a child like Zambrano. In his case, the condition is called "Pop-A-Matic Bubble Elbow."

Unless he's typing with his elbows, that shouldn't cause any problems. Using the mouse a lot is bitch on the wrist though.

Actually, depending on how bad your posture is and the orientation of your computer desk/chair, typing for long stretches can cause repetitive strain injuries in the elbow. It's not quite as common as the infamous carpal tunnel but it does happen.
Say this three times fast.....

That does make some sense. I still feel a touch of bursitis in my right elbow
from a flareup a couple years ago.
