OK as soon as I wrote that they started looking like maybe they're not so overrated.Mikey wrote: 2.5 UCLA is overrated.
No matter what - they still won't cover.

Nope. They're overrated.

Re: 10/3 games
I thought I picked OU for the pickem today, but had UCLAme on the other sheet I was working on. It didn't matter anyway. None of these teams are consistent, so these spreads are a wild-ass-guess every week.
Baylor leaves their starters in almost the whole game and their defense is not good. Hypothetically, Baylor could play at Arkansas State next week and be favored by 43.5, and I would be hesitant to pick Baylor for the spread.
Good job Tennessee at home vs Arkansas. Nice going Vols.
Ole Miss, reading the press clippings too much? So just throw yer jock straps out onto the field next week also. Jim Kelly's nephew may go on a bender this week and blow next week. Not sure he even played.
You would think Notre Dame could squeak out a win @Clemson due to a 0.5 spread and having better athletes.
Texas? Not sure why they bought into Charlie Strong, other than to make Mack Brown look like a legend in hindsight. A Texas DB twitted he wanted to transfer to aTm at halftime.
Ohio State? Did Jamarcus Russell put on a helmet to play for tOSU today?
For those that picked Fresno State today, they are godawful. Less than 100 yards total offense. 0-14 on 3rd down. Utah State has a great defense and they will beat Fresneck next week, but by how much?
UCLAme... How did Arizona State come in there and kick your ass like that after getting handled by USC the week before?
Lastly, it's a good thing I don't bet real money as these lines are set by...![Rolling Eyes :meds:](./images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif)

And Georgia is still Georgia. Nothing funnier than those douchebags in the Road Warrior getup looking sad in the rain. Of course I would've enjoyed the Bama dorks in bowties to be sad in the rain too.
The SEC meatgrinder was cranked up with two unbeatens going down.
The Big XII is a shit show to watch but still entertaining.
Ohio State and Michigan State are not doing themselves any favors. They're supposed to be laying waste to teams leading up to their last clash in November. Good chance one or both will hang an L before they play. Michigan with a tough two weeks coming up with Northwestern and Michigan State...both at the Big House.

Maybe the best player in the country, when healthy.

Meanwhile, Blake Martinez leads the PAC-12 in tackles. By a wide margin.
