Yep, that looks about right, Upper Deck at the Coliseum. Do not go up there unless you are representing the local team.
My time living up in LA in the late 80's I went to many Raider games and saw beat downs of fans trying to sport colors of another team pretty much every game. Look for more crap like this until Inglewood gets built and ticket prices keep the homies out, then you will only have to worry about getting to and fro the parking lot.
Yes, I was a closeted Charger fan, but watching Marcus Allen establishing himself, a roided up Lyle Alzado reaching for a last chance at a ring or a throat or a nutsack, and an up and coming Howie Long for cheap upper tank tickets was worth it as a broke junior college student.
