Yup this has been in the news for a few days. Here's hoping they round up all involved and punish them severely.

Unfortunately I would bet most of the perps had this done to them as well. Hopefully this will break the chain. But some idiots will still probably carry on. Here's hoping HS athletes and Greek fraternities get the message.

That is wrong, and the guilty should be punished. But I'm old school enough to remember some hazing shit that occurred in my day that was at least that bad. I remember freshmen getting bars of soap (old mostly used up) shoved up their ass in the showers for mouthing off to upper class men during 2-a-days. At the time, it seemed normal. Now, it seems like criminal conduct. And no, my back door was never visited (being 225 in 9th grade was good for many things) and no, I didn't shove any soap. But I was in several weddings of people on both sides of soap bars.

You don't look all that big, 88. Did you just hit puberty at 9 years old or were you a fat fukk? I was an early grower as well, pretty much full height as a freshman in HS, but I only weighed about 180 at the time. Everyone figured I would be 6'4" or better based on my size then, but today I am still 5'11", 6' if I stretch a little.

As for hazing, I think harmless shit is fine and actually a good thing as it does build friendships and is a lot of fun. The problem is some people's definition of harmless gets stretched like a colon on 88's HS football team which results in bullshit zero tolerance guidelines that we have today. The Navy is a good example of this. Hazing has a long tradition there but ever since the top-gun debacle a few decades ago, they have gone overboard with knocking down even the most innocent examples of it. "Crossing the line" (the equator) has always been a big deal on ships. "Shellbacks" (those that already crossed) would put "wogs" through all manner of good clean, fun. Well, it generally wasn't very clean. Shellbacks would spend days concocting tubs full of really, really nasty shit for wogs to crawl through. Today, every bit of it has been stomped out. A modern day line crossing consists mostly of wogs doing a little PT. No having to pluck a shit encrusted cherry from the fattest shellback's hairy bellbutton with his mouth.

But even back in the day, I kinda doubt they did the ivory soap enema thing. That's just fukking nasty.

BTW, was it even possible to do against someone resisting? Or would you fukkers just pummel the kid until he submitted?
