Rating the conferences as of right now

Bowl projections in October suck, or so says Marcus Allen.

I just have a hard time putting the SEC last. Sure, it's not a deep conference, but... Bama.

The PAC doesn't have a proven top-flight team (UDub hasn't played anyone, and has struggled at times against teams they should destroy). But the PAC is just deep as all get-out this year. Oregon State is the only real bottom feeder. And the CoC has a ton of good QBs.

B1G has several good teams, but mostly tOSU, Meatchicken, and Wisky. The rest don't really stand out.

Not sure what to think of the B12 just yet. OU obviously rocks, and the Pokes look like they could be legit. Not sold on TCU or KSU.

And the ACC has Clemson, VT, and maybe a couple of others in Miami and FSU.

I'll have a better feel for this come... December.

As much as I hate recognizing tFighting Boy Molesters...they belong in this group. They are likely better than all three. Their defense is probably better than their offense...and their offense is really good.

Yeah, I probably should have mentioned PSU, but I'm hoping that if I ignore them, they'll go away.

And sure, the Pokes lost. But the B12 is never what it seems. Watch UT or The Tacos go on a run and throw it all out of whack.

Didn't Clemson lose to Pitt last year? Shit happens. South Cackalacky has scholarship players too.
