Once you figure out the difference between "deficit" and "debt" I might start taking you seriously.
Speaking of deficit and debt...
...yeah those Democrats are truly profligate.

Re: Weather
Mikey - I'll start taking you seriously when you decide to vote based on candidates and issues, instead of the Democratic party line.
Trump's biggest failure has been the bloated budgets he's signed imo. His Eisenhower era environmental policies I don't agree with either.
But you should read the article I linked, it is not good news for California.

I haven't seen a self ass kicking this bad since some dude thought it was bright to take photos of himself in women's underwear and send it to someone he knows. Nice going Joe Blow.

Wildland fire in the Cascades today. 160 acres, small and they got it stopped, but 70 degrees and 23% humidity is fairly uncommon in March.Mikey wrote: December more recently.

That’s pretty fucked up. Shit around here’s still too wet to burn. It actually rained again today.

Re: Weather
For a good self ass kicking see Hillary and the 2016 election. I also don't see 2020 being any different unless the Republicans nominate another candidate, or Democrats start doing what is best for the country.Screw_Michigan wrote:I haven't seen a self ass kicking this bad since some dude thought it was bright to take photos of himself in women's underwear and send it to someone he knows. Fuck this shit !
I'm not paying $12.000 a month to live in West Coast shitholes like Portland, Seattle, and Mexico.
This place might look like the British Isles... with 70 degree weather... But, it's not.
Fuck global warming!

Not that’s surprising.

The fire area he mentioned was covered in 1-2 feet of snow less than 2 weeks prior.Mikey wrote:That’s pretty fucked up. Shit around here’s still too wet to burn. It actually rained again today.
Quite possible someone burned it intentionally. We don't get wildfires in March.

54 degrees at midnight... no humidity and ocean breezes. (perfect sleeping weather)
73 degrees tomorrow... crystal clear... no humidity and ocean breezes.
It's good being me.

I believe it was Mark Twain who once said that the coldest winter he ever spent was a summer in San Francisco.

72 and sunny yesterday. Spent about 7 hours waving around a weed whacker.

Then again - the degenerate forecasters can't predict what's going to happen 3 hours ahead of time around here, so everything is subject to change. And yeah - these are the guys that are trying to push GW on us.
At least you won't be evacuating from wild fires.
Re: Weather
We're still getting rained on. We had a pretty good storm last week and a lot of morning drizzle since.
That's actually pretty much the historical norm around here for this time of year, until the past 10 years or so. They're predicting rain later this week as well.
Our most dangerous fire season usually lasts from around September through December, when everything is dried out from the summer and no winter rain yet.

CC was supposed to explain the lack of snowpack in the Sierra Nevada in recent years.....until this past winter which absolutely hammered the SN.

Re: Weather
97 in the middle of the heat island that is downtown, sounds feasible if there is no wind. Same for 77 at night.
I am sure it was nothing close to that 2 miles away at the beach.

Ummm... It was 77 at 1am.
How do l know? I live here and you don't.
But, thanks for letting me know what the temperature was at 1am... When you have nothing to back up your bullshit.
Re: Weather
I relied on the National Weather Service to "back up [my] bullshit," who states that it was 68 at 1:43AM. Quite a drop in 43 minutes, according to... you.
Because the NWS keeps those stats double-secret from the interwebz, so you're the one in the know.

Re: Weather
It's comical.. having tards that know nothing about the micro climates in the Bay Area.
Psst... It can be 15 degrees warmer in Noe, the Mission, Bayview, and south of Market... as opposed to the Avenues.
Stick to living in rural redneck communities like SLO and Portland.
There's a reason successful people live in the Bay Area... and unsuccessful people don't.
Portland and SLO... have more in common with Bacon,Ga. than San Francisco.
I'm surrounded by tards.

Re: Weather
Yup. There's multiple reporting stations in SF. Every last one of them tells us Stoolio is a liar (like we didn't know already).
We have micro-climates,too. This afternoon, it varied between 96 and 100 on my way home. At least the electronic control for the mixing door on my car's climate control took a dump. Hot air. At least the sunroof and windows work.

Re: Weather
One of the largest temp gradients (easily experienced) on earth is driving from Atascadero to Morro Bay on the 41 (15mins max) when it is 100+ in Atascadero and 60 and foggy on the coast.
