If there was a snowballs chance in hell that his citizenship was in question, it would've been discovered and exploited in the primaries in '08. He was running against the Goddamn Clintons. You think Hilary was going to let something like that just slide? The Clintons are just as good as digging up dirt as they are covering it up.
If Obama was not a citizen, he doesn't make it to the summer of '08. Only a total fucking retard would think otherwise.
There is that, of course. And there's also the fact that in the general election, Obama was running against Bush as much, if not moreso, than he was running against McCain. Against that backdrop, you could be damn sure that Karl Rove would've dug anything up, if there was anything to be dug up, on the off chance the Clintons missed it.
That having been said, we're talking about someone who's still spouting birther talking points four years later, so I didn't think a common sense argument would work very well.

Unless, of course, he had equally damaging dirt on Shillary which is all too likely, IMO. It could have been a mutually assured destruction kind of thing. I still have never understood why she accepted the Sec. of State gig if she harbored any serious ambitions of a Presidential run. She would have been much better positioned as a Senator than as a member of her opponent's administration.

I have no evidence that he was born outside of the U.S., mvscal.
As I've said all along, he may have Hawaiian birth documentation.
There IS evidence that the paperwork he has provided is FAKE, however.
Fake COLB, fake selective service registration, fake 'long form' BC.
His life narrative is bogus and he is a top drawer FRAUD.

Then why belabor the birther issue? Once the election is certified by Congress and he is sworn in by the Chief Justice, he is President of the United States in fact and in law.
If you want to make a case that he obtained an office he wasn't qualified for by fraudulent means then that would be grounds for impeachment, but the evidence would have to be extraordinarily compelling.
Certainly his background and dubious personal associations are murky at best and that is due to a not-so-strangely indifferent media which remains completely in the tank for him.

It absolutely is a nonstarter. Like you said, you have NO evidence that he was born outside the U.S., so it doesn't matter whether a fucking pdf file is fake or not. Unless and until you can prove that he was born outside the U.S. then nothing to do with his Hawaiian birth certificate matters.
