Yea, there are not clips of tOSU there. Should I put up some film of the Rose Bowl? Would that make you feel better seeing how we did against an offense that is 100x better than tOSU will have next year.

Yes that is the same quarterback that only had 50% work prior to the texas game...you make it sound like Texas had control of the whole game...that is what kills me about you...

that game came down to the FUCKING wire and you make it sound like Texas was blowing them out.

wait USC having an offense 100X better than tOSU??? Yeah last year no problem...this year doubt it...

Let's see we can play this game all year long...all I know is head to head Texas beat tOSU by 3 and tOSU held Texas to the lowest point total of the year (yeah no moral victories)...but ask yourself toward the end of the season tOSU was playing some of the best football in the nation outside of Texas, USC, and PSU...we only put up 34 points and 617 yards on ND which basically played USC to the wire...so we can again play this game all fucking day...

why is it you only see one side? that is par for the course for you. Yeah TG2 didn't do anything against Texas but apparently you didn't see him making clutch catches against Michigan and FUCKING TORCHING ND...but then I can expect to hear how texas has 3 deep Pros at every position on defense and they all run 4.3 40's...shit you sound like JON of the Big 12...

bring something more than weak ass is that the QB who blah, blah blah blah...riddle me this...HOW IS YOUR TEXAS QB going to fare in only their second game (first one coming against North Texas) against tOSU...remember that will only be snead or mccoy's second game...while tOSU will be young defensively at many positions at least up front they are strong (returning two starters and a guy who played a significant amount)...if they can neutralize UT's running game (WHICH WILL BE VERY HARD TO DO) with Texas' outstanding OL it could be a long FUCKING day for those two QB's...

just sayin'

Lat year's game was an instant classic. I saved it on Tivo and have watched it a few times. Very close on both sides. We did a good job on defense. tosu had 2 good drives. The rest started on our side of the field. Our points came on longer drives. It was a close game. What does that have to do with this year????

Simple. We have the same defense only a little faster and better. I know it is hard to lose 4 and consider yourself better, but we are. tosu lost 9 starters. That is huge. Everyone likes to point out that we lost Vince and now our season is over. Well, tosu lost their Vince on defense. AJ was salty. Infact, that whole defenseive side of the ball was the best we saw all last year.

Colt will be the starter. He looked really good in the scrimmage yesterday. Word around the campfire is he has a great arm and even better touch. We will see.

I think we are looking at another close game. Only because tosu is a veteran team on offense. You may score some points but we will be very good on offense too.

just sayin'

Harv....I am just pointing out that Vito gives no credit to anything outside of what texas did...

it may very well be a close game, and I don't begrudge anyone for thinking one team is going to have a huge upper hand, but Vito makes it seem like Texas could compete in the NFL...

Here is where I give credit, tOSU had a bad ass defense that held our offense in check for most of the night. I give credit to you offense this year because they do return so many starters.

But don't think that just because you return a lot on offense you get a free pass to the endzone. Texas as harv said is going to be better on defense next season than they were this last season.

If you think that Colt is going to choke I think you might be in for a rude awakening. I don't think he will make anyone forget Vince but he has been out of this world this year.

BTW how do you figure I am not seeing both sides. I called my shot that Texas would win by 6 pts and had the Bucks scoring more points than they did last year.

You have to realize that Just because your QB is back and can run, that does not make him Vince Young. Texas did a great job of keeping him and your offense in check. Or did you forget that you started 4 drives inside our 40 and came away with 4 fieldgoals.

All I'm saying is your coming in walking but you leaving with a limp--Bitch!

It's going to be one hell of a party. Heard OSU fans have rented out he Frank Erwin Center to house their party and to have the band perform before the game. Local fish wraps are estimating 30K Buckeye fans to swarm the city. UT officials are even campaigning for Texas fans to be on their best behavior and be decent in light of the Columbus experience last year. I hope all who come enjoy our town and leave with their heads hanging low.

Well said, I hope we show up in droves but I also hope Texas fans are better behaved than the stories I heard from Cbus last year. While I didn't see any bad behavior, I know how some of our fans can be. All the same, I can't wait to meet some Texas fans and enjoy the beauty ^^^ that is Austin.

tOSU wins this game. Tressel is a better coach who won't lose twice. Brown is an inferior coach without VY to save the day. Not going to be a big spread, but the Buckeyes will take this one.

They must be running a special on ignorance at your local market, because you've been served a healthy dose of it over the past nine months. Show us all one link where I've stated anything even remotely consistent with the above. One thread where I claimed that we won that game. Good luck, dumbfuck.

Don't get your panties in a bunch because I don't respect your team this year. The Texasfans I met a in January were grateful to be there, but all teams have shit fans. It's clear we know which camp you fall into.

Kindly cease and desist with getting your freak on at the expense of my shin.

I could care less if you respect my team or not, a lot of people that know a hell of a lot more than you do respect my team much more than they respect yours (see rankings). Most of us Texas fans are respectful when shown respect, since you don't I see no reason holding back. BTW I could care less what you have posted, the bitterness of losing to Texas is clear as day. You are just like every other ignorant SC prick I have met. You let bitterness determine who you respect and disrespect. I see it all the time on Lakerground.net and you are just like Lakerfan.

So Spare me you ankle biting BS because the only thing biting your ankles right now is a fucking king cobra and you know it.

Vito, two items:

-Not all USC fans disrespect Texas. In fact, elsewhere on this board you'll note that even with a first year QB going up against a senior Heisman hopeful QB who rightfully has a large chip on his shoulder where Texas is concerned I still picked Texas to prevail over OSU this week.

-For the love of all that is Mgo the expression is "I couldn't care less!"...You keep saying, "Yeah, uhh, I guess I do care. Put it this way: I could certainly care less! Err."

Thanks Van, I will withhold any further dialog on this subject til our teams play again.

[Biff from Back to the Future] Not sure if it's me being a dumbass or a southern thing but I've always said "could care less". I know it doesn't make sense and looks even dumber in print. Just the way I've always used the saying. [/Biff from Back to the future]

Weird...

Both this game and the "big" Miami-FSU game, I picked the exact score for what turned out to be the winning teams...only I had FSU losing with 13 and Ohio State losing with 24.
