Re: Aight Texas bitches...it's SIG BET TIME
Mark May said last year that USC could have beaten 95 Nebraska. I laughed at that. He also said that Texas would lose 47-27. Nice prediction. He feels like such an ass for going out and making such bold statements that he is taking the easy route and going with the home team.buckeye_in_sc wrote: that FAGGOT mark may and that pussy blackledge (sorry PSU FAN) both picked Texas on ESPN tonight...fuck them...
As for Blackledge, he went to Penn St.....

The ONLY analysts that predicted USC to win that Rose Bowl were Cowherd and Corso. Trev Alberts said that USC had "never seen a defense as physical and ferocious as Oklahomas." Craig James on ABC said that OU would win in a blow out. There wasn't an analyst on either the ESPN or ABC pregame shows that picked USC except for Corso.Believe the Heupel wrote:I'm saying that damn near every analyst I heard other than Cowherd and Kiper predicted USC to win.
The sickening love fest that ESPN had for USC last year was due to all of them picking against the Trojans the year before. Facts are the 2004 Trojan team was much much better than the 05 team, from the coaches on down.
I cant say he didnt pick OU the day of the game since i didnt hear his show the day of the game. I did hear him talking about OU's "greatest of all time" thing being totally false and that USC had big boy qb's and wr's but that was after the game and on the computer so if he did choose OU before the game Id have to take your word for it, I dont have replay-radio. I do have Replay-TV and that game as well as the pre and post game shows are still on the thing and I can assure you, every analyst on ESPN and ABC that afternoon, except for Corso, chose OU to win and win big.

I'd say it was 50/50 on the pre-game picks. I think most of the mid-west media was picking blOwU while most of the east and west was sitting in USC's corner.
I personally thought blOwU was going to get blown out for the simple reason their DBs got toasted by every team with even a medicore passing game.
I didn't think they would quit like they did or they would stop AD like they did.

New OSU defensive players wilt in 2nd half, with cramps and dehydration. Texas plays inconsistant but OSU stinks at night games and Texas plays very well at home so...
Texas 31
OSU 27
And after the game the illustrious Austin night life has another scoreboard

It all comes down to QB play. Last year Ted Ginn was totally shut down. Our d is better this year. Better pass rush, better linebackers, better secondary. That alone will win you a championship. But will it win us this big game against the #1 team in the nation?
I say yes. McCoy and Snead combine to beat OSU infront of the largest crowd to witness a game in Austin

Did you see the Linebacker that ran stride for stride with Reggie Bush in the Rose Bowl? He's back and yes he is still a linebacker.

Is that the same QB that had multiple shots at putting Texas away and couldn't. Is this the same QB that started drives on the Texas 36, 18, 30, and 37 and only came away with 12 pts.buckeye_in_sc wrote:^^^^^^^
did you see the QB who didn't play a whole game against Texas play vs ND in the Fiesta bowl? Yes he is back and he is still a QB...
we can both play that game...
yea, I'm really afraid of him. Is that the same TG2 that did nothing last year. Yea I'm afraid of him also.

Yea, there are not clips of tOSU there. Should I put up some film of the Rose Bowl? Would that make you feel better seeing how we did against an offense that is 100x better than tOSU will have next year.Snake wrote:those are some nice clips of Baylor, Texas Tech, Colorado etc......

Yes that is the same quarterback that only had 50% work prior to the texas game...you make it sound like Texas had control of the whole game...that is what kills me about you...
that game came down to the FUCKING wire and you make it sound like Texas was blowing them out.
wait USC having an offense 100X better than tOSU??? Yeah last year no problem...this year doubt it...
Let's see we can play this game all year long...all I know is head to head Texas beat tOSU by 3 and tOSU held Texas to the lowest point total of the year (yeah no moral victories)...but ask yourself toward the end of the season tOSU was playing some of the best football in the nation outside of Texas, USC, and PSU...we only put up 34 points and 617 yards on ND which basically played USC to the wire...so we can again play this game all fucking day...
why is it you only see one side? that is par for the course for you. Yeah TG2 didn't do anything against Texas but apparently you didn't see him making clutch catches against Michigan and FUCKING TORCHING ND...but then I can expect to hear how texas has 3 deep Pros at every position on defense and they all run 4.3 40's...shit you sound like JON of the Big 12...
bring something more than weak ass is that the QB who blah, blah blah blah...riddle me this...HOW IS YOUR TEXAS QB going to fare in only their second game (first one coming against North Texas) against tOSU...remember that will only be snead or mccoy's second game...while tOSU will be young defensively at many positions at least up front they are strong (returning two starters and a guy who played a significant amount)...if they can neutralize UT's running game (WHICH WILL BE VERY HARD TO DO) with Texas' outstanding OL it could be a long FUCKING day for those two QB's...
just sayin'
