A school is supposed to have adequate controls to catch this kind of shit. It appears that USC does not have adequate controls in place. That is something that the NCAA may find EXTREMELY troubling, and it's what is meant by "Lack of Institutional Control."

I really don't care, not in terms of anything that matters to me: what happened on the field. Nothing alleged here affected play on the field. Reggie didn't take the field as a result of any underhanded dealings by USC to get him there.

I do care though if he knowingly threw USC under the bus by selfishly taking shit that he knew would place USC in possible violation of NCAA rules.

I also think we should all wait how this all plays out before condemning the guy, which you've "almost certainly" already done, which "without a doubt" makes you a stupid and laughably transparent douche.

And yeah, I think that when all is said and done here USC will be exonerated and so will Reggie. At worst, USC will receive some sort of cosmetic slap on the wrist, at which point douches like you will be faced with two choices:

-"USC is guilty, we all know it! The NCAA just has no balls, since it's USC!!"

On the flip side, if Reggie is found guilty and he's stripped of his Heisman and USC suffers any punishments then yep, my guess will've been proven wrong and without a doubt Reggie will then be persona non grata at USC and with USC fans everywhere.
