Not everywhere.

It's not the law in Washington state.

Not many people do it around Seattle, but as you get into more rural areas the more you see drivers do this.

When we buried my grandmother 5 years ago, to a person everybody in my family thought the next funeral would be for my Uncle Steve. He's had multiple strokes, heart attacks, smokes like a chimney and moves and talks about as well as Robert Byrd.

Well, he's still alive and kicking. Although we did bury his 45 year old son 4 years ago. Sometimes you just never know.
