If mtoo knew anything about football he would know just how silly his VY comment is. mtoo, why not ask AJ Hawk et al how tough VY is.
Good to see you still propping the team that kicked your ass all over the field in the Holiday Bowl.

Good hit, but not as good as the one Vasher put on the Tech receiver a couple years ago. The physical difference between Vince Young and the Kansas QB is about 3 inches and 35 lbs. Oh and the fact that no one ever gets a square shot at Vince.
But give Slay credit it was a hell of a hit, I look forward to seeing how he does Saturday.
You should also keep in mind that before that hit no one had ever even heard of Slay, did you stop to think that the hit was probably more accidental then anything else. The guy is a senior and thats his first big play.

i saw that hit live on TV and it was "all that". though, it was kind of a turf hit...
Texas is gonna roll Tech.
I personally know my fave Nathan Vasher moment.
i bet Veto does too.

Kinda scary, too. The Minny kid might have been seriously injured. Robinson was carried off in a stretcher last year in the Wisconsin game. Ever since the Taliaferro injury, I get nervous when there are big hits and the kid stays down.Sky wrote:That was a heck of a hit, however, if you watched the PSU game vs Minn or the replay during the Buckeyes game, the hit M Robinson put on the Db was amazing.
