I loved the JiFR melts, especially when Zy posted the phone messages he received from Jimmy "John Rambo, I'm out" ... where JiFR sat in the lobby of the motel waiting for his good buddy Zyclone to call him. Euroclone's music rendition of it also physically hurt me for 13 days after I pulled a rib from laughing so hard.

Also close to my heart was the old Rick in Salt Lake City meltdowns when he claimed he owned a bunch of McDonald's franchises, but spelled it MacDonalds. All of his expensive toys, his beautiful wife, and of course his knowledge about running a business. Ppanther and Catfish used to always bring out the very best in him.

I miss those very much.

I wouldn't characterize any of my bullshit as melts. They are just fucked up rants for no good reason other than to have fun.

The last real melt I had was with velocet at the Vent years ago. He always reminds me of that and he was all good on that.

I'll never forget causing inkydave to melt hard that one night and Y2K joined in that one-sided ass kicking. I had him cornered and it was the most brutal thing I've ever seen on the boards.

Euroclone making that JiFR track is pure genius. Al, please post that link again as I no longer have the recording. Fucking beautiful work.

There was also another SmackChat spinoff board that included MJ, CHITOWN, Derron, etc. They were attacked by “Denver Don” from the Margaritaville board, and they consequently invaded Margaritaville, which resulted in multiple bannings and a belly laugh for the instigators. When the SmackChatters went back to check their logs, they found that “Denver Don” traced back to an ISP in Eastern Europe. Ultimate troll job, where you just drop a couple of incendiary posts on one board and point them back to another board, then just sit back and watch.
