Wasn't he due like a $3.5 million roster bonus? I'd dump his injury prone ass too and save some cash. I wouldn't be suprised if they resign him at a later date.

Also, if Mario Williams is still there a #5 and the Packers pass on him for someone else, I call for Ted Thompson's head on a pike!

I heard the Packers were interested in Derek Smith from SF. If they get him, Mario Williams should be a shoe-in.

My bad, it was only a $600,000 roster bonus. But the Packers did add another $3.11 million to their cap number by releasing Diggs.
