No wonder he sank.Mooney said he was traveling with three phone systems, three global positioning systems, solar panels, three water purifiers, an emergency life raft and "tons of food."

He had an inflatable Donald Duck ring under the life jacket.I wonder if he could swim?
Poor guy, not only did his rowboat sink from the 18 thousand pounds of gear he had on board, but the sailors mocked him back at the dock for wearing the Elvis-in-Vegas, big-bells survival suit.
