So You're an NFL Quarterback...

... and you're bumping around town in a Honda?

I guess it's good to be frugal and all, but for about ten grand more you can at least afford a base model Lexus.
Plummer issued summons in alleged road rage incident

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) -- Denver Broncos quarterback Jake Plummer was issued a summons for an alleged road-rage incident in April, Englewood police said Tuesday.

Investigator John Hoehler said Plummer was issued the misdemeanor summons Friday, after being contacted at his home in Cherry Hills Village.

The summons stems from a minor crash on April 20 in this suburb south of Denver.

A message left for Plummer through the Broncos was not immediately returned Tuesday night.

A man told authorities he was involved in a road-rage incident with the driver of a Honda. When the two cars stopped at a red light, the Honda's driver got out and kicked the front of the man's vehicle.

The driver then got back into his vehicle, put it in reverse and hit the front of the man's car, Hoehler said. A witness copied the license plate number of the gray Honda, which was listed to Plummer.

When contacted by police, Plummer said he was involved in a rear-end crash, not road rage.

"He went out and looked and didn't see any damage so he didn't report it," Hoehler said.

After he left the scene he told investigators he changed his mind and called 911 to report the accident and said he was told it would be taken care of.

Hoehler said there was a delay in issuing the summons because the officer in charge of the case was busy and didn't get a chance to pursue the case until recently.

No specific court date for Plummer has been given.

I don't care if it's a 24K gold-plated Honda with 52" spinners, it's still a freaking Honda.

Must be boring as fuck living in Kansas City!
What’s funny is… I can picture you giggling like a little girl as you were listening.
Hope you didn’t piss your pants from the anticipation of getting to a computer to post about it.
Run if you have to but keep up!

RACK... I might just look into that

On another note… It’s good to know that the Broncos are in so many KC heads that your local radio station used this story to give their listeners a smile on their face for a day.
If Chief Fans can’t have fun during the NFL season they might as well live it up in the off-season!

He drives a Honda? Shit, I'm surprised he even drives something that sophisticated. I would have pegged him as a 1980's Cadillac man. From some of the people I've met around town, their impressions of Jake are less than stellar. One server at a restaurant out in Parker said Jake didn't tip for shit and got on his case for not knowing who the next Broncos game was against.

Jake is out. Jay is in. Finally.

The board cares not what you want from this dumbass story nor what you nor anyone thinks, Tubby.

Maybe you should consult a professional counselor ... look at how people here reply to your stupid posts ... how gleeful they seem that you are taking such a hit ... a professional counselor may listen and offer you some good advice ... it is unlikely anyone here shall do so.

Congratulations to you for your triple BOARD BITCH titles ... but maybe you should consult a professional to help you if you wish to not win again...

If you are just here to be the dipshit you are, it is a free forum to do so, so go ahead ... you are an anonymous blip on a server; unwanted, unloved, uncared for, forgotten by everybody ... so keep your perspective, Fatty.

Are you on here every fucking day of your pathetic life, Dumbshit? It's obvious you think about this board and people on it even when you are not on here (which is rare).

Nice typical retarded and unoriginal response from you as well, Dickless.
