All that needs is a good BBQ Sauce to dip it in. ;)
Damn I loves me some beer can chicken. I pour out half the beer (into a glass to drink of course). Then I smash two cloves of garlic and put them in the can. I add about 1 T of liquid smoke. I also put a fresh jalapeno and a fresh cayenne pepper into the can. A little rosemary finishes off the beer can.
I rub the skin on the outside with olive oil and the S&P it. Then I use Tony's Creole Seasoning to rub down the skin. Pop a red potato in the neck hole so the beer mixture escapes through the meat instead of the hole.
Throw that bitch in a foil lined wok pan and throw it on the grill. Damn that shit is good.

I used to do the beer can chicken, but ever since I gots me a rotisserie for the Weber I've given it up.
The motorized method is easier and just as good.

How do we know the actual size of that bird?
