EMU is going to beat the Sparties this weekend and here is why,

1) M Club and I have attended both EMU and U of M

2) EMU is rated 7 spots higher than Idaho.

3) State is green and white, EMU is green and white, and Stanton just isn't that bright.

4) A MAC team hasn't beat Sparty in a few years and I figure the conference is due.

EMU +26 might not be a horrible pick, based solely on that Idaho game.

But knowing the sheer unpredictability of State, I'd stay away completely.

But an EMU road win? That's funny. Shit, EMU could go on the road, have the home team forfeit, and they'd STILL find a way to lose.

That is the truth. I hate this team because you never know who to expect. You sure as hell can't bet on them and when you play them, will it be david or goliath.

MSU has a meltdown every year, but it usually doesn't occur this early in the season. Look for Sparty to win this game, although I don't think they'll cover the 26 point spot.
