Weather Delay in Michigan

Post by PSUFAN »

Apparently the electircal storm interrupted the UM electronic fund transfer appliances that the refs are all wearing.

Yikes. That's not good, at all.

Severe weather may be a factor in the PSU-ND game today, as well. Let's hope it's not one of those weird days, ala what happened a few years ago. Didn't Corso get his car struck by lightning? I think it was the same storm that caused a major fire in a campus building at ... LSU?

It was pretty harmless...had some lightning in the area and in they pulled both teams off the field. It ended up being a delay of 45 minutes or so.

Harmless!!! I got rain in my Jack Daniels!

That sucked, I am still wet after that crap.

That was the first time in 79 years that a Michigan home game was delayed for weather.

Good time.

Go Blue.
Those who stay will be champions.

Sorry to hear that...

Can't really put my finger on if this team is any better than last year. Going into the Notre Dame next week, the Irish have already played two quality opponents and won a tough game on the road. The Michigan ground game looks outstanding...I guess that new blocking scheme is working. However, they beat up on Vanderbilt and Central Michigan...I think I'm going to go out on a limb as say things aren't going to work as smoothly against the Irish in South Bend next week. This is the thing with playing two patsies to start the year...the team has played two games but they haven't really been tested. The Irish are definitely battle-tested after their opening games.
