Ol' Dennis gave Michigan State all they could handle in E. Lansing. MSU didn't earn one of those "struggled wins." They flat out almost lost the game. 'Course, being his mentor, Dennis probably knew what John L was going to call before John L did, and this is Michigan State we're talking here, but...well, I'll stop now. These examples are doing nothing to make Dennis Erickson look good.
