this either/or seems to be becoming a problem for officiating/replay. kind of an albatross.....it never seems to be determined with much satisfaction......Tech-OU in 05, or even the Mizzou-Beaver game on the 2 point conversion....it never looked conclusive on the replay to me, either way.
you see it a lot of games, and even in the NFL.
