Implications for Lynch and Peterson...

Post by 420 »

This was Peterson's first game back from injury and the only game he'll play post-injury before the draft.

He didn't look too hot. He had the one good run in overtime, but was largely bottled up by an under talented Boise defense. I wonder if this might push Lynch past Peterson on a few more draft boards?

Lynch plays more consistently than Peterson, both in yardage and health. Peterson is a home run hitter, and he got shut down tonight.

Congratulations to our former LB coach Justin Wilcox for going 13-0 and posting an outstanding defense last night, including 3 forced turnovers !

You shouldn't use one game to evaluate an RB's NFL potential, 2ool. Scouts are a little smarter than you.

Lynch was already 5 thousand times better than Peterson....and pretty much everyone that has ever played the game of football.

Actually, I think you like the smell of my ankles... who ever you are.

Peterson seems to get hurt every year, give or take one.

Marshawn, basically played on two broken ankles all year long, and never came out.

If I'm spending a top 5 pick on someone... I want him on the field and not in the hot tub.

But Hey, Oklahoma doesn't have a Pro football team... so don't worry your little head over it.

i have no doubt that Marshawn Lynch scores every time he's in your backfield. but, i doubt it makes him unique.

With the way Cal has bent over and humped every single team they played in the last 15 years, Tony Siragusa could score out of that backfield.

A doctor answers his phone and hears the familiar voice of a colleague on the other end of the line. "We need a fourth for poker," said the friend. "I'll be right over," whispered the doctor. As he was putting on his coat, his wife asked, "Is it serious?" "Oh yes, quite serious," said the doctor gravely. "In fact, there are three doctors there already!
