"Bandwagon" smack is old. I've been a Gator fan since I was born and I've said it before. I don't know everything about college football nor do I watch every game by every other team nor do I know the history of every coach/player/school, so I don't post in here every day. I wouldn't have much to contribute in the way of heated discussions or debates, so I stay out of it. I only keep up with the Gators, and that's it. Perhaps I'll start paying more attention to all that other stuff, but I don't really have time. College football is time-consuming!

I know it's a sin to only post when my team wins in the CFB forum, but get over it. Call me a "board bitch" or whatever you will. I'm excited and it's been an awesome year for us and you all can kiss my ass. I am not going defend myself anymore.

While she may not post much, Patsy has only pimped one cfb squad. So she may be a slacker, but she's no bandwagoner.

Congrats Patsy, now post more often, or show your tits.

Boar's head is pretty average--their prosciutto is a fucking crime.

I would never buy prosciutto at a grocery store to begin with. If you have a brand that's better I would love to hear about it. I have a drawer full of Boar's meats/cheeses - Deluxe Ham, Honey Turkey, Vermont Cheddar, and that Havarti rocks!

I worked at Publix throughout high school and college. And I will not step foot in another grocery store.

T-Rex, their Boars Head subs and their sweet tea is THE best!

Yes, yes....the subs....oh the subs. Double meat.

I don't think that sounds quite right, but I am anxious to hear of a better brand of deli meats cuz I think Boar's Head rocks. Anyone I have in from out of town always asks where I get it from.

San Daniele (from Canada) is passable when you don't want to pony for Prosciutto di Parma.....on the assumption that the store where you buy has someone who can slice it properly.

I'm just needling you. There's nothing wrong with losing a tough conference game - in a tough conference. I have gained new respect for the SEC. There is no doubt in my mind that they are the pageant winners this year, and rightfully so.

Patsy...wagon or not, welcome.

I know. It's well deserved. (T REX looks around) Love what you've done with the place. It seems some people never change.

How did that stud WR of yours do this year? I don't remember his name(Derrick Williams?) but I don't recall reading about him as much.

well, i've worked in upscale Ital places (and did the ordering in charge of food cost)...and i don't think Boar's Head is "all that".

mortadella is weak, prosciutto is weak, i could get better fennel salami from a local place......at better cost.

so, suck ass for Boar's Head all you want....but i'm telling you the shizz is overpriced.

pressed meat product=pressed meat product. if you want the good stuff, it ain't Boars Head.

they whore for boars head in florida.

all i heard when i lived down there was boars head, blah blah. its fucking lunch meat, no better than the shit the butcher cuts up at your local deli for 2$ less a lb.

from all of the bullshit they talked, i thought my 3lb's of chicken breast would get me off several times during each sitting. but alas, was lunch meat, after throwing mayonnaise on it, it tasted no better than oscar meyers preserved shit. ok maybe a little better, but roasting a chicken myself and cutting it up would of been just as good.

I hear you on the salami and italian sausage. My boss is from the DeSimone family....yep the same Tommy DeSimone(Joe Pesci) from Goodfellas. He cooks all the time and brings food in......that stuff rocks!

OUTSIDE of the italian meats, the other stuff is damn good. The black forest ham? The cajun pork? I don't mind paying $8 bucks a pound if its good.

you can get better turkey and and ham and pork in Oklahoma for sliced price than Boar's Head. you wanna know why? because you ain't paying for transportation. and the meat is just better.

people on the east coast just me fucking laugh. you can get a better tenderloin in Oklahoma than most of Manhattan for half the cost.

Uhhhh....okay? Follow the logic......cattle country? Midwest. Cheap steak. I bet I pay a helluva lot less for OJ than you do living in Florida(beaches too). No way.....geographic economics? Is that why gas is 50 cents a gallon in Venezuela? So maybe some local brand is better....but down here....I've tried em, Boar's Head is my best choice.

I don't think I've ever say anything other than Florida is the BCS National Champion. I said the same thing about Ohio State in 2002. And being "champion" in a corrupt system feels pretty fucking good. And props for that too. But in my heart, I don't regard either team as legitimate champions.

What if we crowned boxing champions like we crown D-1A football champions? We would let a 112 fighters each fight 11 fights. Some would draw tough fighters and some would draw wimps. After all of the boxers had fought 11 fights, we'd then let the boxing writers vote who the two best fighters are, and then after they fight we'd call one of them the "champ". That would be total bullshit, espcially when the "champion" fighter has one loss and at least one of the other fighters didn't have any.

I'm not taking a jab at Florida in particular. They won the BCS National Championship using the bullshit rules we presently have to endure. My point is simply that you have to have a playoff in order to crown a true champion. D-1A football does not have a playoff, so we don't have true champions. All we have are BCS Champions, and BCS Champions (and all other poll title winners) = Beauty Queens.
They played the hardest schedule in recent memory(.643 winning %), beat the #2 and #3 teams collectively 64-24, played TEN bowl teams, and went 13-1.

Call em whatever you want as long as its CHMAPIONS!!!!!!

Yes we did lose on a horrific fumble that should have been ruled an incompletion.

Oh well, we still have something to strive for.....

Publix is the shit. I had a Boar's Head sub this weekend.

My g/f went to the pep rally as she graduated from there in '05 and is currently enrolled at Law School. She said it was ok. I guess most of the players had been out late the night before and didn't seem to thrilled about getting up early on a Sat morning.

Congrats, Patsy. Props for coming out to support the team at the rally. Florida took an undefeated tOSU to the woodshed and deserve the crown, given the flaws in the system.
