This thread attracted the tards... as if the title had Star Trek in the header.

The thing that is fishy to me is that the civil complaint (Dec. 19th) was filed less than a week after the alleged incident occurred (Dec. 13th), before the DA's office even finished its investigation. Usually, it makes sense to bring the civil case after the criminal case (As in the OJ case) but what the fuck do I know.

My guess, here, is that the accuser is looking for a quick settlement from Marshawn.
