No to piss further on Scott's parade ... BUT ...

Out of a 512 game NFL slate, he's got teams having an overall record of 273-239.

Last I checked, that number needs to be 256 W's and 256 L's.

Scott needs to slap some more L's on some teams and subtract some W's.

Like 17 each way.

I didn't add yours, Shoalz.

They look close enough at first glance.

Yeah, I kinda' wondered where that extry playoff spot was coming from, like they changed the rulz and I missed it.

As for 'tart adding up the w's and l's... that's just anal, bro. Nice catch.

And as for predictions, only one teams record concerns me.

Chiefs 6 -10

I went through the entire '08 schedule and did quick picks of each game. The records should add up...I did it in Excel.

Tart has made in perfectly clear in previous threads he won't do anal, and if he did he'd be the pitcher and not the catcher

Where is this sudden love for the Eagles coming from? McNabb can't stay healthy...that's been my main reason I shy away from giving them anything better than a .500 record.

I love the Tart's enthusiasm for the Raiders this year. Not sure I am quite there yet myself even if I've been telling anyone that will listen Oakland will pick up 8 wins this year.
Of course, the win they will get a week from Monday against Dungver will get everyone in Raider Nation fired up like no other.

I'm actually more sold on the weakness of the AFC West than I am on the Raiders at this point.

But Oakland has a lot of exciting youth on the team right now.
The whole starting secondary -- Huff, Aso, Wilson and Hall -- could be dynamite.
Morrison and Howard at LB, Kelly on the D-Line.
And Burgess, not young, but seemingly healthy and poised to do his thang.
The defense might be pretty good this year.

Russell, McFadden, Bush, Fargas, Miller, Curry, Walker ...

It's an interesting team.

I talked myself out of those picks, that's all. I'd be interested to see if I'm more accurate with my original picks than my revised picks. I guess we'll have to see...
