This pisses me off every year. There is no reason to have four games going on at the same time. They do it right on Saturday. Why can't they schedule Sunday the same way?
Let me guess, the East Coast pussies can't stay up past 11pm on a Sunday night. Fuckin' weak.

Well, there's that ... plus CBS has to get it's Sunday night movie in -- "Spring Break Shark Attack." Millions of basketball fans wouldn't want to miss that.MiketheangrydrunkenCUfan wrote:Let me guess, the East Coast pussies can't stay up past 11pm on a Sunday night. Fuckin' weak.

In fairness, the games usually go well past midnight ET on Thursday night.
Imho, only three time slots on Sunday for the following reasons:
Imho, only three time slots on Sunday for the following reasons:
- CBS doesn't want to pre-empt 60 Minutes, which is usually a ratings giant.
- There may be concern that by Sunday, tournament fatigue is beginning to set in and ratings might suffer.
- There could be concern about live attendance at the pod sites for the late games on Sunday in the event of four time slots. This year, all Sunday games were being played in either the Eastern or Central time zones.
