Stop in, grab a cup of Joe and listen to a few tunes. I'm stuck in the office doing some homework. Make my misery your gain.
What kind of work load could an unemployed man have?BSmack wrote:I'm stuck in the office doing some homework.
I'm a student. Often students are given work to do whilst at home. Thus the word "homework."Martyred wrote:What kind of work load could an unemployed man have?BSmack wrote:I'm stuck in the office doing some homework.
The lacking word there is "gainful"BSmack wrote:I'm a student. Often students are given work to do whilst at home. Thus the word "homework."Martyred wrote:What kind of work load could an unemployed man have?BSmack wrote:I'm stuck in the office doing some homework.
While you're piling up more debt, who's pulling in the paycheque?BSmack wrote:I'm a student. Often students are given work to do whilst at home. Thus the word "homework."Martyred wrote:What kind of work load could an unemployed man have?BSmack wrote:I'm stuck in the office doing some homework.
It is called savings and living below ones means. When my wife and I went house hunting, I wanted a house that I could pay for even on unemployment. Consequently, I'm able to spend my savings on my education while still paying my share of the bills. And when UI runs out, I'll get whatever job I can lay my hands on and finish up part time. It beats the fuck out of doing nothing.Martyred wrote:While you're piling up more debt, who's pulling in the paycheque?
Eventually a BS in IT. Short term goal is an A.A.S. in Computer Information Systems. Then I'll slog away at the BS requirements. With any luck I'll find a place to work that will pay for those credits.Tom In VA wrote:Good luck in school dude. Masters or another BS degree ?
I thought you were retired? You picking apart Beetles in SWFL?Wolfman wrote:

PS--I wanted to listen this morning from work, but I guess the college system has access to the tunes blocked.
Radio will be on. Somewhere between 6:30 and 7 AM EST.Mace wrote:Thanks for the tunes this morning, bri. It beat the hell out of watching the morning news at 6 a.m. when I'm downing my first cup of coffee. If you're on tomorrow, I'll be there.
Go ahead and expect me to NOT be on there about that time. 3:30 to 4 am WST. No way. Maybe later .BSmack wrote:Radio will be on. Geez. That's when I'll start. Not when I'll end the show. If you see the radio banner is active, I'm still on. If so, hop on in and share a sheep with Mace.Derron wrote:Go ahead and expect me to NOT be on there about that time. 3:30 to 4 am WST. No way. Maybe later .BSmack wrote:Radio will be on. Fuck you East Coast dudes..you all think the world revolves around your time zone or something.
That's 5:30-6:00 central time....perfect for me. Don't stop in and expect the sheep to give you that "come hither" look, Derron. They'll be worn out by the time you get your west coast ass in here. :) Besides, there's some things I don't share.BSmack wrote: Geez. That's when I'll start. Not when I'll end the show. So you're not really in an office or doing homework. You're in your bedroom listening to Led Zeppelin.BSmack wrote:I'm a student. Often students are given work to do whilst at home. If the NY tech job market is anything like CA, you'd be wise to stay miles away from a career in networks, server ops or anything else that anyone can learn. The only guys with any job security right now are DBAs and analysts and the more specialized, the better.BSmack wrote:Eventually a BS in IT. No, I have a room in my home I designate as the office. It has a desk, filing cabinet, computer, printer, bookshelves and a TV stand. And I am doing homework assigned to me by professors at the school I am attending.Dr_Phibes wrote:So you're not really in an office or doing homework. Pretty hard to buy virgin ewes in Iowa, Derron, but I'll try to find you one for next week. :)Derron wrote:Oh that just breaks my ass...no sloppy seconds on your farm animal fetish.??..You can't get your internet freak on enough ??Mace wrote:

As you can see I missed it..and your probably sleeping off your release unless one of your captive ewes got a foot out of your rubber boots and kicked your balls in ...   Hell ...with them sheep and a big enough flock, you could nail a virgin every day...![]()

Mace: ( while looking at an unfucked sheep) I was going to try and pimp a ewe for Derron and see if I could get him to be a freak like me, but damn... this one is looking fine, no sense in letting anyone else have all the fun ( as he mounts the virgin sheep)Mace wrote:Pretty hard to buy virgin ewes in Iowa, Derron, but I'll try to find you one for next week. :)Derron wrote:Oh that just breaks my ass...no sloppy seconds on your farm animal fetish.??..You can't get your internet freak on enough ??Mace wrote:
