I've already said multiple times that if any allegation of sexual assault is ever proven to even a standard acceptable in a civil court, then Ben is dead to me. But until then, he's innocent. On the other hand, Vick is a fucking convict. How is it that you don't see the difference?

The system didn't ignore the accuser in Georgia. On the contrary, despite the victim recanting her story, the DA still conducted an investigation. An investigation that returned absolutely ZERO physical evidence. No hairs, no sperm no nothing.

Meanwhile, Mike Vick plead GUILTY. What about this don't you feel like addressing?

Nice try Scott. The DA did request DNA and later withdrew the request because no DNA was found on the alleged victim after the rape kit was run on her. With no DNA on the victim, it makes no sense to ask for Ben's. Sorry if the facts are too hard to take.

If I had a sister, I wouldn't be telling her who she could or couldn't date. This is America in 2010, not Iran. The same would go for a daughter over the age of 18. Now, were this imaginary daughter to seek my advice (yea right), I'd warn her that showing up to a bar whilst drunk, underage and wearing a shirt that says DTF is probably not the best way to go about finding Mr. Right.

But, if given a choice between my daughter dating a big drunken douche and a scumbag, dog killing convicted felon, I think I'd still prefer the douche. But I'd rather she dated a software engineer than an NFL player anyway.
