Portland's faggot mayor set a 12:01 am Sunday deadline for the riff raff to clear 2 city parks. He has had no balls at all enforcing any kind of law or ordinances, is not running for reelection, but is feeling pressure from the downtown business to get rid of the scumbags in downtown.

Let the pepper spraying and billy club swinging begin...my money is on the cops, they have better weapons and resources than the scumbags do.
