Polls are now open

We've analyzed it, parsed it, argued it, and cussed it.
The progressives bitch about the conservative bent to the Board, while the right-wingers growl that there are too many damn libs in here.
Put up or shut up. Obama or Romney. Like the national election, write-ins are as good as no vote at all.
Oh, and to our foreign constituency: You too are welcome to participate in this remarkable process that America has given the free world.
Make your voice heard, T1B!

Barack Hussein Obama abandoned some good decent men to a horrible death. He's a coward & a liar. And a shameful man. Let's be done with him.

Because it's true?
Why are the line-toers so blinded by a single letter that they're in such deep denial of facts?

Not quite. I am genuinely disappointed that Obama didn't deliver on the socialism as I anticipated.

I contemplated writing in Ron Paul, but I will probably vote Romney. Not that it matters in California.
I'd like to know who voted for Obama 4 years ago and is now voting for someone else.

the economy that the GOP fucked and then claims that Obama couldn't fix in 4 years so they promise to fix it in 8 more. Romney promises to fix it in 8 years and cries that Obama hasn't been able to fix it in the first four after the fall. you think this is logical?
check the past; GOP don't fix economies.

My definition of "fixing the economy" is who has a better plan to put people back to work
Romney wants to lower the Corp tax rate from 35% to 25% - this will spur hiring.
He wants to make the Bush tax cuts permenant and roll back federal healthcare mandate which will spur hiring
Obama's plan is for Govt. spending to put people back to work (roads and bridges is the mantra)
Everything else he wants to do (education, enviornment, healthcare) all is based on Govt spending
Do you honestly believe Govt. Spending will fix the economy?
do you honestly think the entirety of their respective plans boil down to these items?
do you honestly think the president has that much effect on the economy?
and haven't you noticed a boatload of economists saying that Romney's numbers don't add up? haven't you noticed people saying his plan will never work? haven't you seen the people bringing up that "magic" is a major component of his plan to fix the economy? and his inability to provide specifics gives you confidence in his abilities?
Romney has a five point plan. five very vague points. no specifics. just general principles that have not proven to grow jobs or economies.

question is moot. obama's plan is not government spending and romney's plan is not lower corp tax rate. there is more to them. to think that is the entirety is to be uninformed or an ignorant child.
take this seriously.

no. the campaign did this. and you bought into it. it is a false choice. you should stretch your patience and go deeper. you may have a general "feeling" that you've got the hang of this, but you're just too impatient or simple to do more.
even if we agreed to your one concept, show me where the GOP has made major dents in lowering government spending? all the previous administrations did the opposite. in fact, Obama has drastically lowered the rate in which the government spends cash. did you read that part? going back to Kennedy the rate of government spending always increases, GOP candidates included. only modern history president to lower the rate of gov spending more than Obama was Eisenhower. so, what was your argument about Obama again?

Romney has a proven track record of success at growing business.
Unfortunately for your ilk, Obama has a track record also. 4 years of abject failure at delivering on even one of his bullshit hope and change promises, except for forcing a ridiculous healthcare plan down the American peoples throat while he had a majority in both houses.
How'd that work out for him? A year later, there was a massive repudiation of Dems on both the national and local level. You think Americans really want 4 more years of this?

Hit your head this morning?
Back up and take another run at that one, and on the second attempt, try to make sense by not contradicting one sentence in the very next sentence.
Obama has drastically lowered the rate in which the government spends cash.
If you squint really, really hard, you can almost see a little tiny dip in the graph... I guess that's "drastic."
But wait -- don't you locksteppers claim that the GOP has blocked everything Obummer has done? Maybe that reduced the rate of spending?
You've really got both sides of your mouth running in overdrive... which is what locksteppers do to try and justify their blinders.

what does that have to do with a nation's economy? seriously? if 80% of the businesses Romney took over turned around, and the other 20% became government disaster areas with the taxpayers cleaning up afterwards, what does that have to do with an entire nation's economy? there is no correlation.

Investing in education is bad? Haven't public schools always been run with tax dollars? Guaranteed student loans for college students? That's a bad idea?
Rebuilding roads, bridges, and schools is bad? Haven't we always spent tax dollars for that too? Don't privately owned contractors get paid for that?
We aren't going to escape, nor should we, government spending on any of the items you mentioned, Scott. Are you trying to say that Romney will not spend government money for these things and that's a good reason to vote for him?
