I've seen this discussed recently -- do a websearch, and it's generally magazines that do these lists, and the results at the top vary quite a bit, depending on methodology.

But the SEC's dominance of the bottom is universal.

Yes, because we all know that white southerners have an extreme aversion to fried foods, bbq and massive quantities of sweet tea.

Hawaii in the number one spot?

I wasn't aware that obese polynesians and meth are the sort of things that get you healthy numbers. CT and MA are healthy because you have to be healthy to work 3 jobs to pay your fukking taxes.

Stop blaming your problems on people smarter than you (black people)... for why you weigh a 1/2 ton.

It's not. Michigan is sandwiched between Delaware and New Mexico. You guys OTOH are repping 70% of the bottom 10.

Not saying we don't have our share of fatties, but at least we've got a good excuse to stay inside and hibernate five months out of the year. What's yours?

bullshit....I've spent enough time in Indiana to know they've got to be in the bottom three......there's a Krispy Kreme and a Bob Evans on almost every street corner and they're always packed.....

I admittedly stop by Bob Evans when I'm in town for their biscuits and gravy......good stuff

The states which rank high in good heath also tend to be states with high (or at least above average) median household income.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U. ... _by_income

When you've got more income, you are probably more likely to be able to have good heath care -- and you may have more opportunity or freedom to pursue leisure and/or exercise.

So it seems to me.

1.Hawaii .91 - (8th in median income)
2 Vermont .85 - (19th)
3 Massachusetts .74 - (5th)
4 Connecticut .74 - (4th)
5 Utah .73 - (14th)
6 Minnesota .73 - (11th)
7 New Hampshire .68 - (6th)
8 Colorado .57 - (15th)
9 North Dakota .55 - (20th)
10 Nebraska .50 - (22nd)

None of the top 10 healthiest states are states with low median household income.

Of course they're all pretty white, as well.

You don't need money or leisure time. Just put the fork down. It's really not that hard.

Like, do you really need to get your wing fix when you're serving The Lord?

Most of the states that are supposedly the healthiest are all in the northern half of the country. I imagine that is because nothing survives the frigid temperatures.

I have a name for guys who have names for their cock: Celibate.

But I'm sure he send unsolicited pics of it to every female he can find on the internet -- naming one's cock and sending out pics of it are two activities that invariably go hand in hand.
