Every woman deserves a Hitachi Magic Wand, which is sold at that same site and on Amazon too. Supposedly it provides a similar experience, and I think it is more versatile just because it is much easily maneuvered. Plus you can get one, with a nice variety of attachments, for about $100. I've given a few over the years and the response has been "this thing has changed my life." Get a dimmer switch to go with it, the kind that you connect to a lamp, and that will allow her to find just the right speed for her.
